from Lazyness, Old age,

Sins and Debt

"Allaahumma inni aadhu bika minal kasal,

wal haram, wal masami, wal maghram "

" O Allah, I seek refuge in you from sloth

from old age from sins and from debt "

Ye duaa bukhari Sharif # 6368 se he. aur
har types ki lazyness door hogi chahe WO
childrens ho ya bade bujurg.

Hum aksar har work me lazy rehte he
yaha take ki Namaz me bhi hum lazy ho
jate he.
Is duaa ke read karne se debt bhi door
hoga. old age ki pareshanio se bhi InsaAllah bache rahenge.

But uper duaa se help milegi.
